LOCKOUT ASSISTANCE REQUEST

WCPM can offer lockout assistance for WCPM managed buildings in the following circumstances –

  • Lost access card
  • Lost key
  • Access card not working
  • Key or card locked inside

Please read the terms and conditions below carefully

TE KAINGA LOCKOUT ADDRESSES

197 Willis Street, 203 Willis Street and 180 Willis Street

Beveridge Locks covers this service.

Lock out fees:

Monday – Friday - 8.30am – 5.00pm - $110 incl. GST
Afterhours – 5.00pm – 8.30am - $190 incl. GST

Instructions

  1. Call Beveridge Locks: 0800 566 1111
  2. Locksmith will attend building to let you inside
  3. Payment is to be made either debit/credit card or cash before access is provided

Lockout Considerations

  • Please consider the following information resulting in a lockout call out:
  • The wait time is up to 2 hours for a lockout call out response
  • You may be asked to show proof of identity
  • False calls (calls unrelated to lockouts) will result in being blocked from this service
  • These costs do not cover access card or key replacement

 Wellington Locks covers this service.

Lock out fees:

Monday – Friday – 9.00am – 5.00pm - $86.25 incl. GST
Afterhours – 5.00pm – 9.00am - $195.50 incl. GST
