In case of an emergency after 2100 hours and before 0700 hours

In all cases a maintenance request must be completed either prior or shortly after having contacted the numbers below.  This enables the contractor to be paid and the work to be tracked after 0700 am that day

Lift Entrapment only (not lift out of order)

Lift company details are displayed in the lift car

Use the Emergency phone in the Lift.

Should the lift phone not be operational there is a number displayed in the lift car to be used by cellphone as a back-up.

In an extreme situation, such as fire or earthquake – call 111 and ask for the Fire Brigade

 

Automatic Access doors not operating (pedestrian or roller door)

All buildings generally have alternate access via a manual door on another level or to the side or rear of the building.

In the first instance, please try another door for access. 

Only if you cannot enter or exit the building through another door should you contact the number below. 

If you have managed to gain access through another door, please fill out a maintenance request and this will be dealt with after 0700am, the next day.
